1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between hzyg ("platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). hzyg is an online casino and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh.

3 Age Restrictions

The hzyg platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. We strongly oppose participation in gambling by minors.

If any person creates an account by providing a false age, that account will be closed immediately and all funds held in that account may be forfeited. We urge parents and guardians to take the necessary measures to prevent minors from accessing this platform.

4 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. Please strictly follow the guidelines below:

• Never share your password with anyone.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

For financial transactions on hzyg, bKash, Nagad, and Rocket payment methods are currently supported.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposited funds must not come from any illegal source.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• For bonus funds, the specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 10 times the total bonus amount (deposit + bonus). For example:

• If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive ৳1,500 in bonus funds.
• Total balance: ৳2,500.
• You must wager ৳25,000 to become eligible for withdrawal.

General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry date; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• If any manipulation or fraud is proven in connection with claiming a bonus, the bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
• hzyg reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting options available on hzyg are governed by specific rules. The rules for each game are described in the game interface, and members are required to follow them.

General Gaming Rules

• Once a bet is finalized, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, that round may be considered void.
• Results recorded on the game provider's server are final and binding.
• For bets placed on cricket, football, or any other sport, if the event is cancelled, the bet may also be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.

Fair Play Guarantee

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hzyg platform:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.

• Any attempt to hack, crack, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other members to gain an advantage against the platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.
• Placing bets using third-party funds.

If we find evidence of involvement in any of the above activities, we reserve the right to immediately close the relevant account and forfeit all balances.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

hzyg may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Compliance with a legal or court order.

Self-Closure

You may request to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is an eligible and withdrawable balance at the time of closure, it will be returned to you after verification is complete.

10 Responsible Gaming

hzyg believes that gambling is a form of entertainment — it should never be considered a source of income or a solution to financial problems. We encourage all members to play responsibly.
